Dismantling of existing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed including removal of all debris outside from the MoD land as per the directions.

M&L for surface preparation of all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes, covering roof, applying cement screed bed of 10 mm thick 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement as per manufacture instructions along with APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm thickness, on newly prepared surface with overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specifid and as directed with the following description. (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm as IInd course. (c) Laying of APP modified polymeric membrane as a IIIrd course. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a forth course. (e) Final coat of two coats of Aluminium paint.

M&L for average 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate finished even and smooth as in roof for maintaining the slope for expelling water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 500 Litre capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug ;and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with all fittings and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug ;and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with all fittings and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and disconnecting of existing CI soil vent pipe 100 mm bore fixed to wall,laid in trenches incl all fittings & accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and disconnecting of existing CI soil vent pipe 75 mm bore fixed to wall, laid in trenches incl all fittings & accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work in CM (1:6) with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plane exc 6m mean readius, used in drain, boundary wall, compound wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down or up 15 mm bore galvanised iron tubing and connection and S & F GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good,bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item 11 here in before but 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm dia & vent pipes in any length PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors with or without ears, with cement joints but fixed to walls & fixing with clamps including PVC bends of any radius, necessary fittings like T, bends, couplers, reducers, vent cowls etc as required in site including complete dismantling and disconnecting old existing pipe as found complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws to steel frame work incl dismantling of plain or corrugated steel galvalume sheet/valley gutter any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges for north light truss, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel sections Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces including priming with red oxide, zinc chrome of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position at any height not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, ceilings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down the cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc before applying rendering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying a coat of white cement base wall care putty in patches as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (APEX) in white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth,0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing hot dipped GI octagonal pole of 9 Mtrs long with 01 MTR arm suitable for mounting of 01 Nos of LED street lights complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including excavation and foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Crompton or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and Fixing hot dipped GI octagonal pole of 9 Mtrs long with 01 MTR arm suitable for mounting of 02 Nos (double arams) of LED street lights complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including excavation and foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Crompton or equivalent as approved by GE.

supply and fix in repair LED Street light fitting 1x90 Watt pressure dia cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame with IP 66 Protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying, XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor electric cable 1100 Volt grade of 4 core10 Sqmm in duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, etc including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning and filling of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for filling dry river sand as cushioning for underground cables complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: for the Measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured & paid)

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size230X115X75mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only wiring with two run of PVC (FR) insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of 2.5 Sqmm drawing through PVC conduits with continuous earth wire PVC (FR) insulated cable of size 1.5 Sqmm connected to earth including all conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Two run of sub main wire, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Conduit pipe measured as one unit).

Dismantling/taking down steel tubular pole/RCC pole any size by cutting from foundation by means mechanically or manually complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Bollard light fitting new generation, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed die-cast aluminium landscape luminaires for downward lighting with high power LED as light source with epoxy powder coated black after phosphochromeate treatement of 12 Watt capacity, height 810mm and width 185mm, IP-65 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in street light TIMER control panel, pole/wall mounting made out of CRCA sheet duly powder coated with locking arrangement, incl internal wiring complete with bypass arrangements and comprising of following including taking down old unserviceable timer panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (or as manufactures recommendation and design). M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation by Trench less Boaring Technology for holes under road, pavement, hard standing using Ultra sound technique and engaging necessary Machine including HDPE pipe ISI marked of upto dia 100 MM suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - HDPE pipe and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in rate quoted by the Contractor.

Supply and lay High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) 25 mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing / interlock tile or tile walk way any type n.exc 45 cm width and n.exc 30 cm in depth in hard strata and making good disturbed surfaces, as per the existing with bituminous material/ PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick over returning filling, watering, ramming in layers, disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-22, 9 mtr long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
