   1. Submission of EMD & SD is governed by SECR Tender condition 2019 and Correction slips with latest updation till the date of tender opening. (i) Submission of EMD@2% of the estimated value of the tender subject to Max. Rs.20 Lakh as per Correction Slip No.001. (ii) Submission of SD: For all tenders issued performance security/security deposit shall be 5% of total value of contract and shall be taken from all vendors for contract value above Rs.25 Lakhs subject to the applicable exemptions.2. As per latest IRS conditions 2022,security deposit will be released after successful completion of warranty period.
