Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by for king repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Supply and installation of Chair type garden bench with L-shaped sides made of reinforced concrete (M 30), thickness 100 mm, overall height 1000 mm, base width 620 mm. Back and seat shall consist of 5 Nos. reinforced concrete planks 1500 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm one plank 1500 mm×200 mm×50 mm. Seating height of the bench shall be 450mm. Providing and laying factory made rubber moulded smooth finish cement concrete Kerb M-20 grade 250mm high with bottom width 165mm and top width 115mm made over strong vibratory table and fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per MORT&H specification

Finishing walls with cement based water soluble exterior paint such as snowcem, robbiacemetc. Two or more coats to give an even shade (on existing boundary wall)

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and alignment, jointing with tyton rubber joint and cutting of reinforced cement concrete spigot and socketed pipes and specials with rubber ring ISI marekd as per IS code IS 458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc. cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and fixing of rubber ring, facing, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including all cartage etc. (300mm i/d pipe)
