Supply of Main cable Termination rack complete with scaffolding, fixtures & 1 accessories including square bars for mounting 8-way terminal blocks, ladder, string rods, frame, base assembly, insulators, J bolt , nut/bolts & fasteners, backelite sheet, etc. Siemens type and as per extant practice of Central Railway. Typical part list as per Annexure-III and rack arrangement shall be as per sketch No.SK-727 with latest alterations.
Supply of as made documents (Manuals for Installation, Testing, and maintenance of the system) (One set consists of 6 set of following drawings per station). (i) Manual for installation, Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of the system for Technicians/Jr. Engineers. (Installation and maintenance level ) (ii) Functioning and system overview (Higher Management Level) (iii) Completion documents as per special conditions of contract. (iv) Design & supply of circuits and plans to suit layout given in the signaling plan for Hot Standby Architecture Electronic Interlocking (EI) system. All plan and wiring diagram shall be prepared on AutoCAD Drawing and supplied with C D . This will include supply of Control-cum-Indication Panel/VDU diagram, Square sheet, wiring diagrams (Application Logic and Interface circuit), Fuse Analysis, Contact Analysis, Tag Block Analysis, Power supply Distribution / Power Equipment arrangement (with program switch) Diagram, Auto change over diagram (if supplied by the contractor), and all other relevant drawings.NOTE : The contractor shall initially supply 1 set of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. He shall ensure that each sheet has a block for signature of Railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the drawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each station. After approval of comments by Railways, the Contractor will make copies of the approved documents and return the approved documents to Railways. The contractor will then make necessary correction to Application Logic Software duly incorporating Railways' alterations/corrections/comments, if any. After complete testing/ commissioning of the station, tracings of completion documents as mentioned above will be submitted to Railways for approval. Along with the completion application logic, difference report (showing addition & deletion in different colors) as compared to earlier approved application logic should also be submitted. After approval of completion application logic by Railways, 5 sets of copies of duly approved completion tracings will be submitted to Railways.
Supply of Data logger for monitoring status of important relays, complete with processor Module to monitor following inputs as per spec. RDSO/SPN/99/2006 Spec. No: IRS:S- 99/2006 (Amdt-3) with latest amendments including power supply of adequate capacity, battery and 3 fault diagnostic software for failure analysis. Complete data logger & Processor Module (computer) as per Annexure-IV shall be placed in President rack of suitable size to be supplied. This also includes supply of one no. composite computer & printer table (work station table- Godrej/Durian/Transteel) for keeping processor module and one no. Modification in existing EI system as per latest TAN, it includes:- Design and modification in existing interface and interlocking circuit of EI system, including modification in VDU,CCIP, MT, Data logger, EI, Relay rack complete wiring conforming to RDSO specification, as per technical requirement & tentative approved signaling plan/diagrams. Required hardware will be provided by railways except the wiring, material (i.e. connectors, interconnecting cable/wires, fuses 84 etc.) The work includes supply of modified ST/LT, interface and logic circuit, CCIP/VDU diagram etc. to suit the approved interlocking plan. The contractor shall incorporate Railways alterations/corrections in the tracings without any deviation and submit all tracings complete in all respects to the Railways. This includes submission of final cable route plan as per laid cable duly measured at every 30m clearly indicating distance of laid cable from fixed point of reference & indicating all track crossings and tail cables. This also include designing of cable coreage plan based upon I.P. in consultation with engineer-in-charge.(ii) For small/medium yards (<=100 routes)

This will include drilling of holes for track lead/side connections of rail. The work shall be carried out as per Drg. No.SK-845 or / & instructions of Rly engineer at site.
Provision of bounding with contractor's PVC jacketed wire rope for Track Lead connections. PVC jacketed wire rope should be of Galvanised steel wire rope 6 mm dia (6x19 stranded wire with steel core of 6mm dia) sheathed with PVC 2mm wall thickness, overall thickness 22 being 10 mm. PVC sheath should be made of type 6 compound as per IS 5831 of 1984 Reaffirmed 2001 and steel wire rope as Per IS:2266:2019. Reclaimed or recycled material should not be used. This will include drilling of 7.1mm dia holes in rails (4 Nos) and provison of two jumpers for each bond, clipping of bonds etc. with contractors own materials and tools as per instruction of Rly engineer at site.

If it is less, then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, proportionate payment will be made as per procedure. (Paints to be used shall conform to relevant IS spec.). This includes lettering / Numbering Termination particulars, equipment names etc. legibly and neatly inside and outside surface of units, boxes etc.- for small stations.

No.CR/S&T/SK-815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, 40 apparatus case, signals, relay racks, block instruments, and etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 Ohms including the lead wire. The value should be measured in presence of Rly. supervisor. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete.( only earth electrode will be supplied by Railway). All other material required for provision of earthing will be brought by the contractor.
Installation of EJB and Track devices of Digital Axle counter including digging of trench, drilling of holes, if required on rail, laying of Doubled walled antirodent corrugated pipe, 41 Medium class from track device to location box and making its terminations. This includes fixing on DIN channel alongwith PVC Comb type 'C' channel (size 2 inch x 2 inch) for cable termination of modular terminal. Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Mtr depth along with laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for Other location with minimum depth reckoned from the ground level. "Transferring of signalling/Telecom cables from existing location box to New location box . The work include breaking/dismantling of existing foundation of locations, excavating and removing / segregating coils of this cables which may be of about 10 mtr in length. These cables are then to be disconnected and removed from the existing locations one by one as per the instructions and under the supervision of railway staff present at site. The cable is then to be inserted and 79 terminated in new location box. The item includes neatly dressing of cables marking wiring tree etc. The material required for dressing / lacing will be arranged by contractor at its own cost.
