Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Repair embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm. to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled/vivratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushdable stone screening materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm. to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel/vivratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushdable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st class bricks 8cm (3") wide & 12 cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortor including labour & suplly of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including all labour T & P sudries required for completion of work with material. As per S.O.R. 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned without Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by suitable HMP and laying with paver- finisher and rolling with a three wheeled 8-10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510
