Taking down carefullycopper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets ceiling rose,call bell, fan regulator,FTL fittings sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc as directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's including MCB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls as directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through rigid non metalic PVC concealed conduit not less than 20 mm dia ISI mark with concealed wirting including cutting chasis and conduit accesseries fixed on surface of walls/ceiling pressed steel terminal boxes not less than 1.6 mm thick concealed in wall duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer plastic laminated top sheet cover 3 mm thick of required size and colour for housing switches, and sockets 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (green insulation copper conductor) earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified.Note for item Nos 3(a) to 6 (d) & 7 :- (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface. (ii) Switches, Socket outlet, call bell, bell push and fan regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

(b) One socket out let point 5 Amp on an independent board complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) Same as item No 4(b) but on the same board complete all as specified and directed at site.

All as per item 4(b) here in before but using 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor single core cable for one 3 pin 15 Amp socket out let point on an independent board including 2.5 sqmm earth continuty conductor.

Ditto all as per items Ser No 03 but wiring in existing conduit all as specified and directed.(green insulation copper conductor) earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for :- (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One socket out let point 5 Amp on an independent board complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) Same as item No 4(b) but on the same board complete all as specified and directed at site.

(d) One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push complete all as specified and directed at site.
