Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1: 3 : 6 ( 1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreage 20mm nominal size) including cost of all materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 (1 Cement : 6 fine sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including mixing of mortar, laying of bricks, raking joints curing etc complete including cost of cement specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
