M&L dismantling and strip opening of worn out / defective non clog submersible electric motor , taking out brunt stator winding , servicing cleaning of stator slots, bearing, bushes etc rewinding of stator coils with superior quality of copper enamel wire of existing size and specification including insulating material, varnishing and drying, including disconnecting and dismantling non clog sewage submersible pump set complete electric motor driven capacity 7.5 / 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volts for checking and preparation of list of defective parts, discaling, servicing, cleaning, oiling, greasing, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc, complete re-assembling , testing installed and connected at original location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Transportation, lifting, change of unserviceable nut & bolts and necessary concrete work shall be included in the quoted rate.

Note : Transportation, lifting, change of unserviceable nut & bolts, necessary concrete work, any type of repair of pump (impeller, gland packing, coupling etc) shall be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

M&L for repair and servicing to submersible motor, 3 phase 415 volts, of capacity 5 HP by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stator / rotor seperately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, testing, including replacement of DE and NDE bearings, painting the motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Bearing of motor shall be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing, oiling and greasing of air blower assembly, draining out compressor chamber oil washing out and refilling with new oil of existing specification as recommended by manufacturer including replacement of following :- (a) Lubricating oil filter media. (b) Air filter media and minor spare parts, fitting and fastners deemed essential to make system serviceable, smooth and noise free (c) Fan belt set of three complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Sodium hypochloride solution IS-11673 Grade-II for disinfection of treated water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : RV shall be prepared for supply and consumption and verified by audit. Note : Hypochloride solution shall be conforming to IS-11673-1992 and shall be supplied in packed containers of brand Name "SIEL". The contractor shall produce test certificates of the hypochloride solution issued by factory/ Govt District Food Inspection lab to ascertain the presence of the chlorine percentage in the consignment in addition independent testing for the materials supply shall be got done by the Engineer-in-Charge verify and check the quality of material.

M&L for replacement of MCCB, 3 phase 4 Pole 415 volts of capacity 100 Amps, short circuit breaking capacity 35 KA, fixed thermal and fixed magnatic setting, conforming to IS-13947 Part-III-1993 and IEC-60947 (Part-2) including copper extension terminals thimbles, nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated submersible cable 3 core flat copper conductor (including jointing material) size 10 Sqmm 1100 Volt, confirming to IS 694- 1940 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only greases SG-240/LG-280 required for periodical maintenance/repair of STP under M & O contract work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : RV shall be prepared for supply and consumption and verified by audit.

Material and labour filter stone sand media 5 to 10mm same as existing specification and size to be incorporated for sludge drying beds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for MBBR media made of poly propylene with virgin plastic UV stabilized milky white specific gravity 0.95 to 0.98 complete all as specified. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 44525.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No 19 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
