2nd class half brick work using common burnt clay building briks in foundation and plinths in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compresseds 20 mm (with marble chips of specified sizes) fixed on wall on 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand )jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (whereever required ) including rubbing and polishing completed with tiles of following shades: White

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M 50 grade including border or kurb block grey or colourd over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement :4 sand ) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of blocks including curing, rubbing and polishing complete complete (Sub base concrete floor to be measured and paid separately. 80mm thick

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unservicable material with in 20metres lead.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand:4 aggregate 40 mm thick 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Steel work welded build up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in greetings, framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.
