M&L of Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor (FRLSH) cable of size 4.0 sqmm LT, 1100V grade, down through and including adequate size of medium grade PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm/appropriate dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 4.0 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as earth continuity conductor. Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length, Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be inclusive and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter suitable for voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM minimum 900, 2 Nos bush bearing, Copper enameled wire winding, sweep 300mm including fixing with suitable size of MS Nuts/Bolts all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhaust fan , steel body AC single phase , 230 V of size 300 mm sweep with 900 RPM, pre lubricated double ball bearing, Copper enameled wire winding, blades, frame and louvers including grouting nuts, fastners and provision of flexible copper cable 3 core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: Type of blade leaves - CRCA MS sheet, Nos of blade leaves - Four, Finish all exposed steel parts should be powder coated with minimum coating thickness of 50 microns, Exhaust fan motor: Totaly enclosed type capacitor start, induction type with 'E' class insulation,

Note for Ser No 11 & 12:- (i) Louvers shall be factory made from manufacturer of exhaust fan. (ii) "Pre dispatch" inspection shall be carried out at "Factory premises" by rep of accepting officer with in overall cost quoted. (iii) Item of making suitable hole and providing RCC Collar whereever required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F electric water storage heater (vertical type geysers) 25 ltrs , 2.0 KW, BEE 5 Star 230 volts AC single phase, including MS glass lined inner tank, glass coated heating element, high density PUF insulation, Anode rod protection, heavy duty fastner not less than 100mm with suitable size of nut & washer grouted in wall with complete mason work for proper mounting of geyser fastner bolt, such as safety valve ,NRV, thermostat, plug top etc as directed as per site requirement , making necessary inlet/outlet water connection and electric connection, testing on load for full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) "Pre dispatch" inspection shall be carried out at "Factory premises" by rep of accepting officer with in overall cost quoted. (ii) Portable residual current device (16 Amps, 30mA) shall be provided with each Geysers in lieu of Plug Top. Cost of which is included in overall qoated cost by contractor. Any item left out for completion of job is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted by contractor.

Renewing tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing old tiles, preparing beds in cement mortar 1:4 and laying or setting with cement slurry, jointing and pointing new glazed wall tiles to match the existing tiles complete all as specified.

S&F 15mm size PVC connection heavy duty 450 mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified.

S&F 15mm Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised withand including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning with cutter to facing of brick walls where reqd not exceeding 10 cm in girth including pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to cutting chases for concealed water tubing including making good cutting including existing finishes complete all as specified.

S&F 15 mm bore angle stop valve fancy type chromium plated high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both end for iron pipe on wall complete as directed.

M&L for making opening in brick wall bulit in cement mortar of any thickness including providing and fixing RCC pipe collar of 300 mm dia and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar /concrete and finishing and matching the surfaces with existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for laying of cable,poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ISI mark, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

M & L dry sand laid in trenches/ ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Oil naturally Air natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies. The Transformer shall be IS- 1180 level 2 marked and shall comprises of the following :-

(a) Three Nos porceian bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De- hydrating breather with first time fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover .Oil level gauge , Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25x4 mm GI iron earth strip for earthing of body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new transformer oil, IS- 335 filtered and tested.

NOTE: (i) Transformer shall be painted two coats of epoxy paint. (ii) Transformer shall be energy convervant for which necessary test certificate to be produced by Contractor from OEM of the transformer. (iii) Pre dispatch inspection of transformer shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer at manufacturer premises within overall cost quoted by Contractor. Nothing extra shal be payable on this account. (iv) After installation of the transformer, the same shall be tested and commissioned by SEI or rep of Accepting Officer and equipment/instruments required for testing shall be arranged by Contractor. Cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted by the contractor. (v) Drawing of transformer shall be approved by GE before placement of order. (vi) Minimum size of plinthfor transformer shall be 4Mx4Mx1M (LXBXH)

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in transformer foundation including form work as required at site complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete in any type of soil.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing outdoor type floor mounting double door feeder pillar box , fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and MC 75 for base channel, 04 nos legs 750 mm long made from 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron , duly powder coated, dust/water and weather proof , grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz complete of suitable size with and including the following:-

M&L for shifting of LT panels from its exisiting position to a new position at a distance not more than 300 metres by disconnectinng all the electric connections and earthing strips, ungrouting the panel carefully and regrouting the same at its new location, making foundation work if necessary, making good the damaged surface, re-connecting all the electric connections and earthing strips as directed, dressing the LT cable for uninsulated or weakly insulated portion if any, complete all as specified and as directed.
