Cleaning of site by JCB i/c disposal of rubbish

Clearing jungla including uprooting of rank vegetations grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm. Measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres out side the periphery of area cleared.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.2.26.1 All kinds of soil (For 1.5 m to 3.0 m).

Filling of available excavated earth in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , including the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more work such as in reinforced concreted or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage.( make approved by engineer incharge)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth, filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc. complete. Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 (Part II 1981). Aldrine emulsifiable concrete or any other approved material such as heptachlor or Chlorpyrifos or Chlordane will be used. (Part Rate)
