The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80 % of the quantity and amounting to not less than Rs.19.20 Lakhs required in any one of the last 3 years. (The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2025 and should be in satisfactory operation for 60 months from work order.)

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30 % of the quantity and amounting to not less than Rs.7.20 Lakhs similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years. (The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2025 and should be in satisfactory operation for 60 months from work order.)

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

Affidavit on a Rs 100.00 stamp paper stating the firm is not Black listed by any government departments/agencies/Institutions (NOTARISED)

Bidder must upload a valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Bidder must submit notarized affidavit undertaking the Operation and Maintenance of the Solar Rooftop System for a period of 5 years.

Bidders must upload detailed design documents, structural drawings, specifications of components proposed for the project, along with the relevant product catalogues

It Returns for last three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Annual Turnover certificate for last three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 for Rs.24.00 lakh (Certified turnover certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN Number)

The Firm/Agency/Consultancies should have submit line of credit facilities of not less than Rs.7.20 lakhs Unconditional Credit line or Letter of credit or Certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Format of Bankers Certificate/Line of Credit Letter (To Be Issued in the Letter Head of the Bank Branch).

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance as per Section XII
