M&L for Leak repairing of Central AC Plant At Point Auditiorium building of capacity 32 Tr X 3 Nos Capacity by leak testing, leak repairing, pressure testing with nitrogen, vacuuming complete system of AC plant with double stage vacuum pump to below atmospheric pressure 28 to 30mm/HG and charging of refrigerant gas upto required pressure after satisfactory results complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Nitrogen gas and refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

Note :- Nitrogen gas and refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Leak repairing for Package type AC Plant (5TR) at Telephone Exchange, Electro Optic Lab, Mathematics Lab, Sonar Lab by leak testing, leak repairing, pressure testing with nitrogen, vacuuming complete system of AC plant with double stage vacuum pump to below atmospheric pressure 28 to 30mm/HG and charging of refrigerant gas upto required pressure after satisfactory results complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Nitrogen gas and refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and charging R-22 or as required at site (existing) refrigerant gas in returnable company sealed cylinder of 61 kg each Make Floron with test certificate complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Hire charges of cylinder shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and charging R-407C or as required at site (existing) refrigerant gas in returnable company sealed cylinder of 45/10 kg each Floron Make with test certificate complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Hire charges of cylinder shall be deemed to be included in quoated rates.

Supply and charge Nitrogen Gas at required pressure for leak testing of central AC plant filled in standard size cylinder at required pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of Gas pressure, Flushing of Nitrogen gas in Refrigerant line, leak Repairing of central A/C plant including Nitrogen gas filling, leakage reparing and bringing the system to required pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and disconnecting of Reciprocating compressor of central Air conditioning Plants Voltas Make Compressor 5040S AT Points Auditiorium Bulding, of capacity 32 Tr. X 3 Nos Capacity by putting plates to plant the suction and discharge valve by taking down the crank shaft and reinstalled in the position with correct alignment after cleaning, overhauling testing of Compressor including removing unserviceable /damaged internal parts, cleaning, overhauling complete systme, replacement of worn out parts such as suction reed, discharge reeds, Cylinder liners, Loading / unloading system, compressor spring, Oil pump bearing, shaft Bearing, Shaft, washers, nut, bolts, Gaskets, shaft seal, unserviceable flanges sockets "O" ring, cutting, balancing the crank shaft if required & reassembling the compressor including changing the compressor oil, leak testing with Nitrogen Pressure, repairing leakages & charging R-22 gas, charging of compressor oil and refrigerant completely complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Nitrogen Gas, R-22 Gas shall be measured and Paid Separately. (ii) Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fix In repair Crank shaft for Voltas compressor suitable for model No. 5040S complete all as specified and directed.
