Foundation Specifications: Sub-Structure Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil,including Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing.All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete & for Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. The foundation must be laid in Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level. (including leveling as per direction of engineer incharge).

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.The trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc must be filled with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.Top surface of the area must be laid by cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) after providing mud matt in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).Finally the top surface must be provided with vitrified floor tiles 600x600 mm anti skid tile (make Kajaria,Nitco,Somany) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.The rate includes curing,carriage,loading,unloading and inclusive of all taxes complete job.

Construction of Super Structure complete job. a. Details of Structural Members. The steel structure for the shelters will be designed for the Designed Parameters. All structural steel will be ISI marked with manufacturer's test certificate for raw material and structural properties. The main columns, verandah rafters, trusses, purlins etc will be made out of steel sections, MS plates, MS bolts/nuts etc. The height of King Post should not be less than 1.5 Meter in any case, (the size of steel sections/thickness of M S plates, size of bolts/ nuts will be as per drawings or as directed by EIC at site.

b. Roof Panel: Providing & factory made 50 mm thk pre-painted "Standing seam insulated metal panels (sandwich panels) for roofing, with a nominal 1016mm effective cover width with two major trapezoidal corrugations, 50mm high. The insulation core shall be rigid shall be lightly profiled with 56mm wide and 2mm high continuous ribs. The liner portion (internal facer) of the panels shall be lightly profiled 31mm wide and 1.5mm high ribs. Panel external and internal facers shall be manufactured from 0.50mm (TCT) thick pre-painted galvalume steel material and minimum 300 MPa yield strength coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium /Zinc alloy coating, galvalume AZ150 as 150 gms/" total on both sides of Aluminium (55%) & Zinc (43.50 %) & Silicon (1.50%), conforms to IS 15965 or ASTM792M or AS1397 having a paint finish as Silicone modified polyester (SMP) with a total coating thickness of nominal 25 microns. The insulation core shall be rigid, PUR insulation of minimum density 40 Kgs/cum. The panel should be fire resistant and should have excellent fire extinguishing characteristics when tested in accordance with BS EN 13501-1-2007+A1: 2009 with reaction to fire classification satisfying B-s1-d0. Cover width of the panel shall be minimum 1000mm. All fixing accessories, flashings & trims shall be included.

c) Gable End. Gable End will be covered with same panels as of wall upto bottom chord of truss. The triangular truss portion will be covered with 0.50mm wider than the width of the opening including necessary priming and painting etc. d.Roof Projection. The roof will have minimum projection 450mm all around including verandah portion. Purlins will also be extended in the roof at the eaves and at gable roof extension (outside the structure)

e.Wall Panel: Providing and fixing of factory made 50 mm Thick Insulated QuadCore Architectural Wall panel systems with secret fix joinery system made up of two pre coated galvelume steel, fastened on to structural steel work. Structural steel work shall be designed to meet panel fixing requirements. The panels shall have fire safe insulation QuadCore with no fire spread properties, CFC & HCFC free. The Insulation core shall have K -value of 0.018 W/ mk & panel shall gms/m2) (Galvalume® or Zincalume®), Aluminium 55% & Zinc 45%, total on both sides and will have coloruishing characteristics when tested in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1: 2009 with reaction to fire classification satisfying B-s1-d0. Cover width of the panel shall be minimum 1000mm. External and internal skin of Architectural Wall panel shall be 0.50 mm Test Certificate conforming to or ASTM A755 or IS 15965:2012 from principle steel supplier with minimum yield stress of 300 N/mm2 coated with Aluminium - Zinc Alloy Coating AZ150 (150 gms/m2) (Galvalume or Zincalume), Aluminium 55% & Zinc 45%, total on both sides and will have colour coating with Silicone Modified polyester (SMP) of Min 35 um total on both sides as per AS/NZS 2728 Class. Quoted Architectural Wall Panel system rate should include cost of all required flashings like drip trim, cap trim, sill trim, header trim, parapet cover, soffit trim made of same materials as of external skin along with 1.2mm thick cold roll formed top hat and angle section, carbon steel fasteners, anchor fasteners, rawl plug fasteners etc complete to meet Architectural & Structural requirements. All flashings & trims shall be sized & designed to integrate with glazing systems. Bidder to provide proof of being OEM or authorisation from OEM alone with catalogue for the puff panel.

size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and joined at all comers, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. h.Doors :Providing and Fixing factory made Alluminium door frame, made of extruded sections corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with profile of S having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 Nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fasteners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Main shutter will be provided with flush both sides of appropriate thickness and Fly proof shutter provided on outside of the door using stainless steel mesh of average.50mm aperture. The main door shall be provided with built in locking system of make Godrej Harrison etc. Two Nos Alluminium tower bolts of 200mm size from inside and one sliding bolt 300mm long and one bowl handle 150mm size to be provided on both in and out side of each shutter.
