Excavation for roadway in hard rock by wedging and chiselling or line drilling including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting, within a lead of 50 metre, not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre with power roller.

Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from departmental land upto lead of 50 metre including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve not less than 97% of standard proctor density etc. complete. (Material obtained from departmental Land)

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Transportatio of xcavated material from the site @ 3.0 km

Providing and laying in-situ M-30 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate (Natural Sand/ VSI grade finely washed Crushed Sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a Tilting type Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, admixtures, spreading, laying, compacting and finished in a continuous operation without paver machine, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound/ by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 of 0.6 metre x 0.6 metre centre to centre, admeasuring 80 milimetre at bottom and 40 milimetre at top with depth of 75 milimetre and maintaining the same throughout curing period/ by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate (Natural Sand/ VSI grade finely washed Crushed Sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 milimetre, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor/ by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete by Manual Means.

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix Mix-10 cement concrete of trap metal in foundation including necessary centering, formwork, bailing out water, compacting,curing etc. complete, with ordinary concrete mixer, with V.S.I. Sand.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall as per drawings and technical specifications etc. complete. (by granular material)

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 milimetre with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Providing and applying two coats Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Or equivalent approved brand, paint should decomposes organic substances and inorganic gases(NOx, VOC’s, CO, SOx, formaldehydes, etc.) in presence of natural or artificial light. It contains Graphene and nanoparticles of ium oxide. and Absorbs CO2 (4.8 kg/15 l). plaster crack should be filled by Acrylic base Crack seal/Textured Crack filler, Paint has to applied on one coat of Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Primer or Equivalent. Warranty Should be given by the Manufaturer The work should be done by the Manufacturer Recommended applicator and he should be able to furnish stage wise onsite technical reports from the concerned company technologist.

Preparing Canna Bed : Excavation of Ground to a required depth of 30 cm removing and covering unwanted stuff to arequired distance as directed . Filling fresh garden soil and manure in excavated area in 3:1 proporation to a required hight 30 cm .Mixing garden soil & Mannur throughtly well , levelling and watering on previous night .Planting well developed canna rhyzomes 40 cm apart .Mainting till well established by watering ,wedding ,stirring ,replacing casualties etc complete

Planting large Flowering / Shady Trees : (Minimum height 2.0 Mt) Digging pit with size 0.9 m X 0.9 m X 0.9 m. Removing and conveying unwanted stuff to a required distance as directed. Filling the pit with approved excavated material upto a height of 0.3 m and remaining height of 0.6 m with fresh garden soil and manure in 3:1 proportion. Mixing garden soil and manure thoroughly well, levelling, watering on previous night, planting 2 to 3 year old, min 2.0 m height, healthy tree sapling as per specifications. Maintaining till well established by watering, weeding, stirring, replacing, casuality etc. complete.

Saplings of flowering / shady trees. Height min. 2 Mt.

Preparing Ground Covers : Excavating the ground to a required depth of 20 cms. Removing and conveying unwanted stuff, rubbish to a required distance as directed. Filling the excavated area with fresh garden soil and farm yard manure in 3:1 proportion to a height of 20 cms. Mixing garden soil and manure thoroughly well, levelling, watering on previous night. Planting suitable ground covers as per given pattern and spacing mentioned in drawings. Maintaining till well established by watering, weeding, stirring, replacing, casuality etc. complete.

Ground Cover e.g. Lantana, Syngonium, Wedelia, Ipomoea, Pothas, Pile , Chlophytum, Comman Ferns etc.

Garden Soil : Supplying on site garden soil well sieved 90% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10 mm size free from stones, rubbish like dried grass roots and other such materials. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of soil generally be red. The soil will be measured by measuring box (farma). (Item includes royalty charges, transporting, loading unloading etc.) Lead charges for 30Km is considered.

Farm Yard Manure : Supplying on site well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clods and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of the manure generally be black. The manure will be measured by measuring box (farma). (Item includes transporting, loading unloading etc.) Lead charges for 30Km is considered.

Providing Steel Anchor dowel bars of 32mm diameter and 3 meter length at base of well including drilling holes of 60 mm diameter up to 1.5m depth in rock, placing the dowels in position and effectively grouting the holes with cement mortor 1:1 etc. complete.

Providing and Fixing soft compacted basalt stone size 200x250x450mm for nevasa type stone step with dressing as directed by engineer in charge with ghadi of stone including cement mortar bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with fitting joint (paper) curing etc complete.
