Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metre outside the periphery of the area .
Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 milimetre, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 milimetre in thickness.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate (Natural Sand/ VSI grade finely washed Crushed Sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 milimetre, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor/ by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Or equivalent approved brand, paint should decomposes organic substances and inorganic gases(NOx, VOC’s, CO, SOx, formaldehydes, etc.) in presence of natural or artificial light. It contains Graphene and nanoparticles of ium oxide. and Absorbs CO2 (4.8 kg/15 l). plaster crack should be filled by Acrylic base Crack seal/Textured Crack filler, Paint has to applied on one coat of Apex Ultima Puranature Anti-Pollution Primer or Equivalent. Preparing Canna Bed : Excavation of Ground to a required depth of 30 cm removing and covering unwanted stuff to arequired distance as directed . Filling fresh garden soil and manure in excavated area in 3:1 proporation to a required hight 30 cm .Mixing garden soil & Mannur throughtly well , levelling and watering on previous night .Planting well developed canna rhyzomes 40 cm apart .Mainting till well established by watering ,wedding ,stirring ,replacing casualties etc complete

Garden Soil : Supplying on site garden soil well sieved 90% to pass through I.S. sieve of 10 mm size free from stones, rubbish like dried grass roots and other such materials. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of soil generally be red. The soil will be measured by measuring box (farma). (Item includes royalty charges, transporting, loading unloading etc.) Lead charges for 30Km is considered.
Farm Yard Manure : Supplying on site well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clods and free from stones, dried grass and other rubbish material. The colour of the manure generally be black. Providing Steel Anchor dowel bars of 32mm diameter and 3 meter length at base of well including drilling holes of 60 mm diameter up to 1.5m depth in rock, placing the dowels in position and effectively grouting the holes with cement mortor 1:1 etc. complete.
Providing and Fixing soft compacted basalt stone size 200x250x450mm for nevasa type stone step with dressing as directed by engineer in charge with ghadi of stone including cement mortar bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with fitting joint (paper) curing etc complete.
