Construction of pucca bench mark muttom of size 30x30x75cm in cement concrete (1:3:6) with 750mm long size 25x25x4mm MS angle iron embedded including cost of material, curing, transportation and fixing at site with all leads & lifts complete at every 500 feet interval.

Up rooting of Juliflora/Sarkanda Pahari kikkar or arrows up to 0.50m depth below ground level.

Extra for slush or daldal that will support man's weight

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil for Main Canal and Branches having discharge 10 Cumecs and above ; Kassi work undressed

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil for Main Canal and Branches having discharge 10 Cumecs and above ; Earth work undressed combined lead up to 50M.

Earthwork rehandling undressed with combine lead upto 50 mtr.

Add Extra for Carraige of Earth (over earthwork excavation ) additional lead upto 1/2 Km.

Extra on earth work for laying in 15 to 25cm layers including dressing & watering as per specifications (water to be made available by the department at one place of work site)

Compaction of earth work by mechanical operated vibro compactor/any other mechanical means to attain a density of 95% of maximum Dry Density.

De-watering by tractor 35 to 45 HP fitted with local; Burma size 8"-10" dia vertical/horizontal type complete with all accessories.

Dismantling up to 1.50M in foundation and/or 1.50M above ground level including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material, and stacking serviceable material within a lead of 1000m. Dismantling brick/tile work. In cement mortar

Silt clearance/removal of blown sand/berm unloading undressed with combined lead up to 50M for lined canal section for FSD more than 1.0M up to 2.0M.

Dressing of dowel in addition to payment for dressed earth work if top width of dowel is less than 1.0m

Dressing of bed for preparation of sub grade for lining including removal of irregularities up to 7.50cm depth.

Supply of HDPE geomembrane 300 micron thickness, as per specification

Laying and spreading of LDPE/HDPE film on sub grade including jointing and cost of jointing material

Providing and laying 10 cm thick cement concrete lining M-15 grade (Minimum cement content @ 322 kg/Cum of concrete) using well graded crusher broken aggregate nominal size 20mm, confirming to IS 383, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant transported to site of work in transit mixture and laying the same with mechanical concrete paver including pumping, curing, all machinery required etc complete in all respect In bed.

Providing and laying 10 cm thick cement concrete lining M-15 grade (Minimum cement content @ 322 kg/Cum of concrete) using well graded crusher broken aggregate nominal size 20mm, confirming to IS 383 manufactured in fully automatic batching plant transported to site of work in transit mixer and laying the same with mechanical concrete paver including pumping, curing all machinery, templates & scaffolding allowance required etc complete in all respect In side slope.

Providing and Laying C.C, in position canal dowel including curing compaction & cost of centering, shuttering in CC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Double PCC block lining of channel consisting of (i) 5 Cm thick Tile (30x15x5 Cm) laid in 1:5 cement mortar over 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:5 on subgrade (ii) 16 mm thick sandwich plaster in CM (1:3) over first layer of tiles. (iii) second layer of 5 Cm thick tile laid in CM (1:3) with 6 mm thick CM (1:3) over Sandwich plaster including curring upto completion of lining section.

Recovery of bricks/tiles bats

Rubbing and clearing the surface of existing tile lining to be used as subgrade both in bed and side slopes by means of wire brushes water / air applied under pressure through nozzle to get rid of dirt, sand etc. deposited on it, complete in all respect, as per specifications and the instructions of the engineer incharge for preparation of surface.

Curing of lining for 28 days.

Pumping charges from source provided by the Dept. for supply of water to lining heading.

Extra charges for water spray on subgrade of canal in bed and side slope before laying plain concrete / brick / tile lining.

Temporary compensation for the land with crop i.e. for 24 months period.

Supply of Village Name Board size 600 x 900 mm made out of 1.25mm thick M.S. sheet duly framed with 30 mm ODMS tube tightened with M.S. flat 12 x 3 mm fixed on two posts of size 40 mm ODMS tube 3m long whole board is processed in blue/white stoving enamel paint and white / red machine cut reflective sheet complete in all respect posts duly painted with black/white synthetic enamel. Supplying and fixing pre cast R.C.C. stones (M-15 mix) using one percent steel reinforcement, including finishing in cement sand mortar 1:3, earthwork, cement concrete 1:4:8 engraving letters and numerals, painting with enamel paint etc. complete as per IRC standard design. GUIDE STONE (for RD Stone)( size 20 x15x120 cm)
