M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100/75mm internal dia of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete/PVC) in clean or foul condition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 150 mm bore, type 'A', single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes etc.), shelves etc. and similar works set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and dewatering of septic tanks of any size or depth including cleaning outlet and inlet chambers, outlet/ inlet pipes, grills etc. of any description and removing mud/ solid sludge and finally washing with water for smooth functioning of sewage incl removing sludge out side MOD land at places approved by Municipal authorities by mechanical means complete all as directed.

Cleaning / removal of blockage from EWC/ IWC/ wash hand basin etc. choked with mud and other accumulated solids, semi solids etc. with proper cleaning with rubber brush/other instruments and cleaning with water for proper functioning of same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
