Material & labour for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable or pipe (where provided for protection of cable or fixing with poles and stays) and getting out in any type of soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removal excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of common burnt bricks as mechanical protection of this cables using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat over the cable width equal to the length complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No. 4.00 here in before but using old bricks obtained under ser item no 1.00 here in before complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge of following bore sizes :-

80 mm bore

Supply and fixing of LED Flood light fittings in replacement of capacity 120 Watt suitable for mounting on street light poles through suitable clamps, IP-65 protection, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing high grade powder coated finish with heat resistant toughned clear glass cover for lamp and control gear compartment with high voltage surge protection device up to 5 KV, with bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of overhead lines/underground cables, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of apprx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) in replacement of PCC pole including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection, three layers of red colour Reflector etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole. The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral with 6 Amps MCB SP including embossing/painting of danger notice on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, drawing, connecting & testing in replacement of 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC rounded sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 1100 Volts gradde conforming to IS-694 in steel tubular pole from KIOSK box to light fittings including providing suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing bracket for street light fitting complete with 1.5 mtr long, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp, nuts,bolts and wahsers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper and making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of appropriate size with 4 Nos 400 Amps aluminium bus bar, RYB indication lamp and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Note : Contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
