Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Condition 1: Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Condition 3: Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Condition 6: Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs).

Condition 7: Satisfactorily completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxXXXX (80% of estimated cost of tender).

Condition 8: Tenderer should possess valid Civil Contractor License for executing CC/Road works and should have executed similar works totaling Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of CC works) in any one year.

Condition 9: Tenderer should possess valid license for executing CC/ROAD works and should have executed similar works totaling Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of CC works) in any one year.

Condition 10: Total value of civil engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (yearwise).

Condition 11: List of existing commitments and ongoing works.

Condition 12: List of works for which tenders already submitted.

Condition 13: Banker Details for reference.

Condition 14: Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded.

Condition 15: Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years.

Condition 16: Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded.

Condition 17: Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the Qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached).

Condition 18: The Tenderer shall obtain the Workdone Certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer)and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid.

Condition 19: All the documents to be uploaded shall be neatly scanned and the documents scanned shall be in original.

Condition 20: The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.
