Tender capacity- Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx2.50-B) should be greater than the amount put to tender, where, A- Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to present financial year) price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N- Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited for 0.33 year. B -Value, at price level of present financial year, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next4 Months (0.33 year).
Financial turnover- The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.5.31 lakhs in the last five financial years i,e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year).
