Amount

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for laying of GI tubes,UG cable/pole etc and getting out in soft/ dense soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipe (ISI marked) class K-9 bore 150 mm confirming to IS : 8329, Flanged both ends centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Earth work and DI specials/ fittings shall be measured and paid separetly. (b) Cost of joints (push on tyton joints) including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supplying & fixing Ductile iron specials/ fittings of any size, any type like Bends, tapers, increasing, decreasing sockets, tees (Single and double branch), tail pieces and collars etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make of DI fittings shall be same make as that of DI pipe or of make recommended by manufacturer of pipe.

Supply, laying and jointing GI tubes, medium grade 100 mm dia in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in trenches/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Yellow arrow marking shall be done on each length throughout the section laid in trenches.

Supply, laying and jointing GI tubes, medium grade 80 mm dia in lengths with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised steel fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc fixed complete laid in trenches/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Yellow arrow marking shall be done on each length throughout the section laid in trenches.

Cutting existing pipeline 150/200 mm dia and inserting the tee for branch common connection for STP 1 & STP 2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Outlet from STP 01 & from STP 02 and make common connction for outlet for GI 100 mm pipe for arboriculture work. Note : All the accessories for cutting and insertion of tee labour element is included in the quoted rate.All DI fittings will be paid separetely under respective item.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LVP, Flat type, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
