Stub Repairing work at Tower Location No 39B 0 40A 0 and 42A 0 09 Stub of 132 KV Usawan Tilhar Line under ETD Budaun

Excavation of Foudation Pits at Tower Location No. 39B+0, 40A+0, and 42A, (09 Stub) of 132 KV Usawan – Tilhar Line.

Transportation of materials from storage place of 132 KV Usawan substation to site including loading and unloading.

Breaking of chimney of all above locations 1.5 Meter below the ground level (01 Job per chimney).

Replacement of stubs with suitable size of GI angle to be provided by the department by making the Butt and lap Joint of 08 No Stubs by KPTL design Tower providing suitable cleats and jointing on both side of stub and making hole by electric drilling/punching method including due cutting, Drilling, welding etc.

Recasting & strengthening of chimney by installation of steel reinforced Bars with due Cutting, Bending, Placing and binding including R.C.C. Concreting of Foundations and strengthening of Tower by casting and Muff raising of chimney by using M20 grade cement – concrete – coarse send mixture in the ratio of 01:02:04 with 20MM stone metals including cost of materials, de- watering shoring shuttering framing, cutting etc.

Filling & leveling of earth soil so excavated by due ramming & watering etc.
