Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone msonary wall including racking ot joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using Pulverized fly ash bricks of class designation 75 (kgf/cm2) old sized straigth or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) cmplete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 4 above but half brick thick brickwork to any radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 4mm thick suspended false ceiling HPSC (high pressure steam curved) pre-primered fibre cement non asbestous building board similar to E-Board Classic placed in a grid of size 605x605mm with aluminium powder coated angle/channel/tee section duly suspended with 4mm dia GI hanger fixed with GI hooks 4mm dia and fastner as required at the site including two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed. Detail of section are as under:- (i) Aluminium Angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mmt thick. (ii) Aluminium Cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mmt thick. (iii) Aluminium Main Tee 25mm x 38mm x 1.5mmt thick. Note:-The bidder quoted rate included for all straight, Raking or circular cutting, wastage on ceiling board

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick, in Flooring, finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 7.0mm to 8.0mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in Floors, etc. Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the Shade of the Tiles over 15mm thick screed bed (1:6) in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing Treatment of old decorated Surfaces including removal of all undersirable nails and the nail holes and inequalities shall be filled with putty ever requird and directed and applying two coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion over a coat of primer including a coat of white cement based putty (approx 1.5mm thick) on wall all as specified and directed

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying 2 coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including a coat of white cement based putty (approx 1.5mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.
