Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of LT Aerial Bunch cable of size phase 1 core x 25sq mm + Messenger cum Neutral 1x25 sq mm (Insulated) as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, testing and drawing of 10 sq mm 2 core round copper conductor PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed multistranded cables with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor for voltage grade up to 1100 volt conforming to IS-694:2010 as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2+14 way SPN distribution double door board consisting 63A, MCB DP - 1 no, 40A, MCB DP - 2 nos, 25A, MCB DP - 1 nos & 10A MCB SP - 2 nosand with enclosure and necessary fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply of Galvanised tubular pole 7.5 mtr long , Type-410 SP-08 having weight 103 kgs, 4.5/1.5/1.5 mtr having sectional outer dia 139.7/114.3/88.9 mm and sectional thickness 4.85/3.65/3.25 mm 04 respectively as per IS:2713-1980 including suitable size base plate & cap. The work includes Carrying, loading/unloading and erection of tubular pole 7.5 mtr long by contactor own arrangement by digging the pit to 1/5th of the pole height. Execution of CC foundation work of size 45cmx45m in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, sand and chips of size 19 mm and down upto full depth & 1ft above the GL as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 45-watt LED Street light fittings complete including single arm with all accessories as per direction of EIC at site. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.

Supply and erection of LT galvanized pole stay set comprising of 16 mm dia, 1.68 mtrs. Long stay rod anchor plate of size 15cm x 15 cm x6mm, 12mm dia turn buckle thimble, stay clamp, 7/12 SWG GI stay wire, Guy insulator etc. in CC foundation with ratio 1:3:6 including excavation and refilling.

Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness. The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value. The connecting conductor from 07 earth electrode to the distribution panel board should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. No. DRG NO: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 dated 30.09.2024 & as per Technical circular no. EL/PS/2024/1 (EARTHING SYSTEM).

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Anchor clamp (3-bolt/2-bolt type) with all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and fitting of I-hook for anchor with suspension clamp assembly and all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and fitting of GI clamp for rail /tubular pole with all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and fitting of Insulation piercing connectors with cover or P.G. connectors with insulation cover-35-50 sqmm with all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and erection of LT suspension clamp assembly with bracket and all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and erection of Dead Clamp with bracket for AB Cable with all required accessories as per direction of EIC at site.

Laying of above LT XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cables as per instruction of site engineer (Cable will be supplied by Railway).

Excavation of cable trench 0.75 mtrs. below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of 70mm sand and soil after digging the earth. The laying of armoured cable should be done as per direction of Engineer at site. (Cable will be supplied by Railway).

Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor MS cubical type LT feeder pillar box of suitable size and suitable for 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply made out of CRCA sheet not less than 14 SWG. The panel shall be totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2 mm shall be used between all adjacent units and beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The 16 busbar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of same ratings. The drawing of panel board should be approved by the competent authority before fabrication and commissioning. The panel shall be painted with two coats of primer & two coats of exterior coating by spray painting and shall consists of the following:- (i) 125A, 4P, 36kA, Ics=100%Icu, Adjustable over load Setting & Short circuit setting, MCCB - 1 Nos. Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Single Phase Smart Prepaid meter System : - 240VAC, 1 phase 2 wire, (IS: 16444, IS 15884 & IS: 15959) Marked, 5-30 Amps, in a suitable tamper proof hinge type Box. The communication module (Cellular based) with inbuit NBIoT GPRS/4G/5G enabled modem along with SIM card should be supplied with the meter. Optical Port for local communication/WAN (Cellular) communication for data acquisition. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SPN distribution board 8 way double door metal SPN DB consisting 63A, MCB DP - 1 no, 20A, MCB DP - 2 nos, 6A, MCB SP - 2 nos with enclosure and necessary fixing arrangements as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.8Kw/2.5HP, 1 phase having discharge capacity 330 - 120 LPM, Head - 6 to 10 Mtr sewage pump as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of DOL starter for single phase 2.5HP 1 phase sewage pump as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & fixing of PVC pipe for inlet & outlet and suction of above pump as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and surface wiring of light/FL point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH multi strand 23 copper single core 1.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping including ceiling rose. Supply and surface wiring of 6A 5 pin plug point by PVC insulated & un-sheathed FRLSH multi 24 strand copper single core 2.5 sq.mm cable through PVC casing & caping, with earth continuity by single core 1.0 sq mm copper cable including suitable size PVC board. Cable connection to be done through 6 A flush type controlling switch, socket installed in PVC board hylum sheet on top and as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply and surface wiring of 16 A, 6-pin Plug point/geyser point by PVC insulated and un- 25 sheathed FRLS multi stranded copper cable, single core 4.0 sq.mm with earth continuity by 1.0 sq.mm multistrand copper cable through PVC casing & caping including suitable size PVC board. Cable connection to be done through 16 A flush type controlling switch, 16A socket installed in board and as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & surface wiring of earth continuity for Main line/ Submain line by 1.0 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through suitable size PVC casing & caping as required through the circuit as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & surface wiring of Submain line by 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through suitable size PVC casing & caping as required as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & surface wiring of Submain/Main line by 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated & unsheathed, single core, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable through suitable size PVC casing & caping as required as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply & fixing of PVC casing & caping for drawing of Main/Submain line as required as per direction of EIC at site.

Supply, fitting, fixing of 30Watt , LED tunnel light luminaries complete for pit lighting suitable for 220V AC (Model No.LTLL-30-CDL of Make Cromton or Similar of India Bull/Havell's/Syska) input voltage to be 30 provided after dismantling the existing one. Fixture shall be made from pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass cover, secured properly with Teflon gasket to ensure IP: 67 & IK10 ANTI-THEFT KEY protections. LEDs shall be of SMD type (Cree/Nichia/Osram/Seoul). Luminaries and ballast shall be of same make. The LED fittings should be warranted for 5 years.
