Providing high yield strength deformed bars (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel bars (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including conveyance of steel bars, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, complete for finished item work in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(Reinforcement steel will be issued by dept at free of cost from KTPP stores)

Laying of RCC M20 grade concrete for Plinth beams with a minimum cement content of 330 Kg per cum and using 50% of 20mm and 50% of 12 mm size hard broken machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,fine aggregate (CRF), coarse aggregate to site (excluding seigniorage charges on materials), all operational, incidental and labour charges, machine mixing, steel centering, staging, scaffolding, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., complete but excluding steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:5) for Super Structure using well cured FLY ASH BRICKS of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,fine aggregate (CRF) (except cost of Fly ash bricks & seigniorage charges on materials), scaffolding charges, curing, all labour charges and all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. ( Fly ash bricks will be issued by TGGENCO free of cost at KTPP Brick plant)

Laying of RCC M20 grade concrete for SUNSHADES (Average thickness 62.5 mm) with a minimum cement content of 330 Kgs per cum using 50% of 20mm and 50% of 12 mm size hard broken machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,fine aggregate(CRF), coarse aggregate to site, (excluding seigniorage charges on materials), all operational, incidental and labour charges, machine mixing, steel centering, staging, scaffolding, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) of 12mm thick for internal brick masonry walls, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand (excluding seigniorage charges) at site including all labour, scaffolding charges, curing, all leads & lifts at all elevations etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) of 20mm thick for external walls , including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand(excluding seigniorage charges) at site including all labour, scaffolding charges, curing, all leads & lifts at all elevations etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of RCC storage racks of 50mm thick with M20 grade concrete with a minimum cement content of 330 Kgs per cum and using 50% of 20mm and 50% of 12 mm size hard broken machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,fine aggregate(CRF), coarse aggregate to site excluding seigniorage charges, all operational, incidental and labour charges, machine mixing, steel centering, staging, scaffolding, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Plastering with CM (1:3) of 6 mm thick to the racks including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement,sand excluding its seigniorage charges at site, all labour charges, curing, all leads & lifts at all elevations, incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work for all floors as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting to outer surfaces of walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge

Painting to inner surfaces of new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade of approved colour and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all operational, incidental, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine including cost and conveyance of all materials and hire charges of hand drilling machine, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing of 28/30 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powder (fiber), and the remaining 15% additives, comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws including Aldrop 300 mm long, Aluminium Extruded Section Body Tubular Type Hydraulic Door Closer (IS:3564) with double speed adjustment, Aluminium Tower Bolt-10 mm Bolt (IS:204) 150mm Long, Aluminium Butt hinges (IS:205)- 150 mm Long and other accessories duly fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) casement windows open able shutters duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of (48 mm x 60 mm)/ (58 mm x 60 mm) x 2.0 mm for outer frames, (64 mm x 60 mm)/(72 mm x 60mm) x 2.0 mm for mullion sections for two or more open able shutters and (78 mm x 60 mm)/(72 mm x 42 mm) x 2.0 mm for outward open able shutter frame or (70 mm x 60 mm)/ (72 mmx 42 mm) x 2.0 mm for inward open able shutter frame capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make duly fixed with TPV Gaskets/ EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories for casement window - friction stay hinges of stainless steel grade 304- 2 Nos., per sash, handle with mazak alloy casting 1 No. per sash, locking system suitably concealed 1 No., per sash provided with raiser wedges for smooth operation and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work as directed by the EIC at site.

Providing roofing with pre-painted galvalume trapezoidal profile sheets with 0.50mm thickness with the following specifications. Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM, Tensile strength: 550 MPA, Paint coating: Regular modified polyster painting, Painting thickness (top): 18 to 20 microns, (bottom): 5 to 7 microns. sheet width: 1.02m, length: maximum 12m with regular range colours including cost and conveyance of all materials, bolts and nuts required for fixing, overlaps, labour charges, incidentals and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of aluminium glazed partitions using 10MM Cement Bonded Pre-laminated Particle Board Using Cement Bonded Pre-laminated Particle Board to 2/3 of the height at bottom and Top panels and the remaining 1/3 of the height will be with Pin headed Glass of 5mm thick and aluminium sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for fixing, all incidental and insurance charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of aluminium door using 10MM Cement Bonded Pre-laminated Particle Board Using Cement Bonded Pre-laminated Particle Board to 2/3 of the height at bottom and Top panels and the remaining 1/3 of the height will be with Pin headed Glass of 5mm thick and aluminium sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including including cost and conveyance of all materials,Aluminium Tower Bolt, Aluminium Butt hinges,door handles,hydraulic door closure,all labour charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping the Screed concrete with suitable jack hammer including its hire charges, all labour charges, incidental and operational charges etc complete work executed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
