Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. including all carraiges complete job.

Providing and fixing panelled doors, windows, celestory windows including 3mm thick glass panes ISI marked black enamled MS Butt hinges with necessary screws (35mm thick of KD wood).

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge of av. Width for aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 63 mm for doors windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of requited size KD Wood.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other side balancing lamination) grade-I, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT-I or graded wood particle board FPT-I, IS: 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS: 848 and prelaminated conforming to IS: 12823, Grade-I, Type-II marked

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all carraiges complete.
