Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing,dust free,damp&vermin proof and water proof outdoor ( IP 65 ) LT feeder Pillar fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated,double door,front opening,and supply & fixing the following items and interconnections,wiring with suitable size wires/cables and including all civil works like excavation, PCC,brick work pedestal,plastering,reffiling etc.and as per specifications as required. Incomer 100 Amps, Four Pole MCCB having Microprcossor release, breaking capacity Ics=100% of Icu having O/C, S/C & E/F at 415 V, 25 KA - 2 No. Set of indication lamps, LED type , R, Y, B with MCBs- 2 set Bus Bar a.125 Amps FP busbar of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy for phase and neutral - 1 Set Outgoing a) 63 Amps,25 KA (at 415Volts) TPN MCCB - 01 No b) 4 pole 40 A MCB - 10 Nos with 1set of phase indicating lamps LED type, RYB

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of outdoor type totally enclosed free standing,dust free,damp & vermin proof and water proof outdoor ( IP 65 ) double door,front opening distribution panel of suitable size, fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, surface mounted with suitable GI /U clamps/ stand with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required to accomodate the following.

a. 4 way, Double door with 1 No 40A TPN Isolator & 12Nos 6A-32A "B" curve MCB .

Providing outdoor type double door side hinged door SMC junction box with IP65of size not less than 400mm x 300mm x 190mm with height of 750mm(from ground level) fixed with suitable angle iron frame including fixing of 40A 4 pole "B" curve MCB and 2 Nos 32A "B" curve DP MCB with all accessories and connections etc as required.

Providing outdoor type double door side hinged door SMC junction box with IP65 of size not less than 270mmx 225mm x 135mm with height of 750mm(from ground level) fixed with suitable angle iron frame including fixing of 1 No 32A "B" curve DP MCB with all accessories and connections etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required

a) Upto 35 sq. mm

b) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 Sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing mansonry open duct as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing masanory open duct, complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

c. 3.5 x 50 Sq.mm

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Making of horizontal drilling by mechanical including providing and fixing of 100 mm PE 100, PN 10 HDPE pipe without demaging existing services in cause of any demage the same shall be rectified etc as required.

Providing & Laying of following size 'B' class G.I pipe with GI fittings i/c Bituminous road cutting excavation, laying the G. I Pipe in depth of 75cm, re-filling with cement concrete 1:2:4 and making good the same etc., as required.
