Copy of Food Trade License issued by the Concerned Authority in respect of the Tenderer for Food Supply is to be uploaded otherwise will be considered as Non Responsive.

The tenderer should have supplied minimum 10,000 Plates of similar food items in any one of last 3 financial years 2025-26, 2024-25 & 2023-24.

PROFORMA FOR PERFORMANCE STATEMENT FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Annual Turnover Statement For preceding last three financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 of the Tenderer certified by Chartered Accountant is to be uploaded and the average annual financial turnover for the above mentioned three shall not be less than Rs.50 Lakhs

Copy of GST Certificate to be uploaded otherwise will be considered as Non Responsive.

Copy of PAN Card of Tenderer is to be uploaded, otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive

Tender Offer Form with an undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions of the tender in the Format as per Annexure III is to be uploaded, otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive.

Declaration from the Tenderer in the format as per Annexure-II is to be uploaded, otherwise will be considered as Non Responsive.

List of items quoted by the tenderer is to be furnished/ uploaded item code wise in the E-procurement portal as per Annexure- IV otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive.

List of Food Items supplied to various Government/Quasi Government /Autonomous Institutions with Quantities during the financial years 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25 as per the Annexure-V to be enclosed along with User/Satisfactory Performance Certificates and supply orders copies as per Annexure-VI of the Tenderer is to be uploaded otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive.

Copy of valid SSI/MSI Registration Certificate: If tenderer is registered under SSI/MSI unit and copy of the same is to be uploaded otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive.

Sample Foods items should be supplied as informed after opening of technical bids. Otherwise will be considered as Non-Responsive.
