P/Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete (Size of tile 60x60 cm).

Tile work in skirting, risers of step and dedo upto 2 metre height, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. . Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

P/L in position Cement conc. 1 cement:5fine sand:10graded crushed stone agg. 40 mm excluding the cost of centring & shuttering all work upto plinth level.

P/L in position Cement conc. 1 cement:3fine sand:6graded crushed stone agg. 20 mm excluding the cost of centring & shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors,windows,clerestory windows all complete with 4.0 Thick glass panes

50 mm thick c.c flooring in (1:2:4)mix with 20mm n/size agg

12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4

Add cost of sign board
