Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair average thickness 50mm concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified. (NOTE: PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.)

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs by pickling, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per sqm all as specified.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal of grooves in CM (1:3) and all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick average in cement mortar (1:4) over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces complete. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm, 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non wavers fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of blown bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified.

M&L applying one coat of aluminium paint @300 ml per sqm on surfaces of any description/above the APP membrane and all as directed . (Make : Berger/Jhonson & Nicholson/Asian)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

Dismantling structural steel work .

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts.

All as per item No. 12 above but except sheets.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint glossy.

S&F 110 dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls .

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore in dia 110mm.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (E-board, insulation, perforated particle board, laminated board, gypsum board etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, aluminium snap grid, hangers etc.

M&L 4mm thick High pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building board size 600X600 cm fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling flat or sloping including preparation and two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as directed .

All as per item No 28 above but except E-boards fixing after cleaning, preparation of old ceiling boards and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of colour to match the existing ceiling boards in repairs complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as directed .

Taking down shutters of any description not exceeding 1 sqm each all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each all as directed.

Refixing shutters of any description not exceeding 1 sqm as same opening each all as directed. (NOTE:Serviceable materials obtained form Item No.32 shall be reused)

Refixing shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm as same opening each all as directed. (NOTE:Serviceable materials obtained form Item No.33 shall be reused)

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain , solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F factory made flush shutter 40 mm thick, solid core construction with particle board core and ply wood face pannels commercial type on both side complete all as directed .

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hardwood shutters plain framed, panelled shutter ( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part 1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers
