Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - II ( 75mm to 22.40mm)IRC HBGmetal consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively)and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method)

Providing 75mm consolidated thickness WBM for Top LAYER using 1 cum of Grade III metal of size 63 -11.2MM IRCsize HBG metal (1M3 Grade II HBG = 0.025Cum of 63mm + 0.20Cum of 53mm + 0.725Cum of 45mm + 0.025Cum of 22.4mm + 0.025Cum of 11.2mm) with 0.24 cum of gravel for 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries to roadside and stacking of materials to departmental gauge for premeasurements including labour for laying, spreading new metal, hand packing to camber, watering with all leads for good water even if the season is worst drought condition forming edge bunds and consolidation by 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finishing to the total thickness with lines grades and cross sections as specified in the departmental specifications including hire charges for all T&P fuel cost and other running charges for power roller and other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
