Hostel Study Table : Providing and Placing overall Size:- Length:900mm, Width: 600mm, Height 750mm. C- Frame & Tubular cold rolled close annealed Steel Structure. Single Drawer - W-350mm, H-165mm D-475mm. with ebco make teliscopic channel for sliding of drawers. Multipurpose locks use for locking. Side frame- Side frame C - section pressed formed 1 mm thk.CRCA Sheet welded with 25x50x1.20 MM thk pipe. Cap & Levellers- All pipe caps are curved PPCP material. 4 nos of Drum type leveller has been provided at bottom for mentaining level. It also preventing scratches on floor & Product as well. Construction- The product comes in knock-down conditional for ease of transportation. Finish- No sharp edges in the prodect. All steel components are epoxy powder coated followed by seven tanks anti corrosion treatment of surface and also product should be EN ISO 3834-2:2021. As per the Engineer Incharge Tolerence should be 10-20mm +/_

Metal Bunk Bed : Providing and Placing a bunk bed overal- Size:- length:1980mm, Width: 910mm,Sleeping H:450mm,and second person sleeping height:1770mm, Made out of prime quality cold rolled closed annealed sheet & Tubes. Horizontal frame made out of prime quality 1.0mm thick. Press form cold rolled close annealed sheet. Vertical frame made out of prime quality cold rolled closed annealed tube dia 38x1.6mm thick. Only MIG/TIG and spot welding for fabrication. Top of bed is 18mm thick comercial Ply. All steel components are epoxy powder coated followed by seven tanks anti corrosion treatment of surface and also product should be EN ISO 3834-2:2021. As per the Engineer Incharge Tolerence should be 10-20mm +/_

Chair : Provinding and placng a Chair Size:-Overall H: 830mm,Seat h: 460mm,D: 530mm,W: 560mm: . Frame oval tube 13x31-16 Gauge, Under Structure made of MS cold rolled close annealed capsule pipe frame 1.2 mm thick, duly powder coated after anti corrosion treatment of surface. Seat and Back Should be in metal sheet size 0.4-0.6mm thick Tolerence 0.2-0.4 +/_ With powder coated also product shold be EN ISO 3834-2:2021. As per the Engineer Incharge Tolerence should be 10-20mm +/_

Mattress Single : Providing and supplying good quality single bed mattress of size 36” × 78” (915 × 1980 mm) and thickness 4” (100 mm), made of good quality high-density PU foam of suitable density, covered with good quality 100% cotton/polyester-cotton fabric, properly stitched and finished, with uniform thickness and firmness throughout, free from defects, complete in all respects including material, stitching, transportation, loading, unloading and all incidental charges, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
