Scarifying or picking up graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 Sqm and depth not exc 100 mm deep and removing a distance not exc 50 mtr and stacking serviceable materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WBM of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate (granite or basalt stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 Ton complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2 above but except materials (materials obtained from item No 1 shall used).

M&L for preparing surfaces of un-surfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10, @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with using paving bitumen VG-30, as 4 % of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid / spread uniformly by means of pavers over primed black top surfaces, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Filling of any pot holes (coming in the area to be re-carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, with using paving bitumen VG-30 laid / spread uniformly by means of pavers over primed black top surfaces, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Filling of any pot holes (coming in the area to be re-carpeted) in the item not exc 30mm depth by material of premix asphaltic semi dense concrete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, with using paving bitumen VG-10, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L moorum /red bajri filling in floors or paving laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for retro reflective thermo plastic road marking paint 2.00 mm thick, uniform finish yellow / white in colour, applied by machine, not exceeding 15 cm in width all as specified and conforming to BS 3262-1989 including cleaning of surface completed all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for ABS Engineering plastic road speed breakers dynamically designed aving high impact reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and size 750 x 75x 250mm including fixing with epoxy screed bed all as per manufacturer direction or directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in repairs for Retro reflective Studs (Cats Eyes) of size (90 mm X 110 mm X 17 mm Approx.), on existing road surfaces including fixing with epoxy screed bed all as per manufacturer direction or directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified. S&F in repairs for solar road stud LED based intelligent road studs of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Model : DA110-DHRUV) made from aluminium alloy and construction. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery with view distance approximate 1000m, LEDs 010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colour back up 12 hours of continuous lighting at night including fixing with epoxy screed bed all as per manufacturer direction or directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for hard core of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spread and level in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rolled to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) unreinforced, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concerete in foundation type B2 (1:4:8) filling and mass concrete in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-Sand cushion shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using (12.5mm graded aggregate) for in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation etc complete all as secified and directed.
