SH-I- Operation & maintenance

Running, operation & maintenance of Internal and External electrical installations, water supply pumps and DG sets, etc. on all days at Safdarjung Airport, Residential colony of Jorbagh, Karbala lane, Airport lane i/c carrying out routine preventive/breakdown maintenance & record keeping, etc. by deploying following minimum manpower for one month in shift basis (round the clock) as per the requirement of works. The agency has to quote the rate in conformity with para no. 12 of special condition of contract. Note: Supervisor is required to be deployed on all working days i/c Saturdays, Gazetted holidays & National holidays except Sundays and Data entry operator is required to be deployed on all working days i/c Saturdays & Gazetted holidays except Sundays & National holidays. i) Supervisor (Highly skilled) – 1 No. (Excluding Sunday) ii) Data Entry Operator (Highlly skilled) – 1 No (Excluding Sunday & National Holiday) iii) Electrician (Skilled) – 6 Nos iv) Electrician cum DG Operator (Skilled) – 3 Nos v) Pump Operator (Skilled) – 3 Nos vi) Khallasi (Unskilled) – 6 Nos

Extra hour of duty for 01 No. Supervisor beyond normal duty as & when required as per direction of E-I-C.

SH-II: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations, as per specification, as & when required with prior approval of Engineer in charge.

Complete servicing of different type & model ceiling fans i/c greasing, replacement of cotter pin, rubber bush, bolts & nuts as reqd.(excluding replacement of bearing )

Providing & replacement of bearing / bush i/c associated work as per the requirment of following fans as reqd. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor)

Painting of following installations in position with synthetic enamelled paint by spray/ brush painting by two coats including scraping, cleaning of surface & writting actual nomenclature with highlighted colour on the installation after painting etc.

Street light pole height above 7 to 9 mtrs

Labour charges for lowering & lifting i/c dismantling of different sizes submersible pump set/ jet assembly alongwith pipe lines, cable from the existing bore, as & when reqd. re-installing back of the same i/c cost of cable joint & minor items such as nut bolt & rubber packing etc. (charges for repairing or rectification of fault of pump/ motor will be paid separately).

Providing and replacement of damage/ rusted GI pipe line of submersible/ monoblock pump set, as & when reqd. with following size i/c threading cutting and accessories such as flange, socket, gasket, nut - bolts, washer etc. as reqd. I/c transportation to site of work.( make: Tata/Jindal)
