Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable of any size, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc including cable cover complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item Srl Item No. 5.00 (here-in-before) as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 16 sqmm 2 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mm size as earthing lead by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 40 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down existing unserviceable earthing all as specified & as directed. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 250 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type (Ics =100%Icu) complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 160 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 36 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type (Ics =100%Icu) complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 63 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 27 KA breaking capacity with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type (Ics =100%Icu) complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs and all fixing arrangement in existing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) All incoming /outgoing cables shall be connected through suitable size gland plate/glands and all spreader terminals of MCCBs should be connected with external links (bus bar). (ii) Taking out of all connections from old panels and connecting to new panel MCCB, bus bar by dressing and providing new thimbles included in quoted rates. (iii) Removing of all old debris of old plinth / panels from site deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, out door type, self standing, double door, front and back openable, APFC panel compartmental type with APFC relay 8 stage with heavy duty MPP capacitor bank 120 KVAR (5 KVAr - 03 No, 10 KVAr - 03 No, 25 KVAr - 01 No, 50 KVAr - 01 No with 7% detuned harmonics filter reactor) with thyrister control module and MCCB TP of 16 KA of 1.5 times of rating currect of capacitor suitable for each control and MCCB TPN 250 Amps 36 KA as incomer including control CT & control wiring complete having following assessories including control wiring with HR FRLS copper wire complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing u/s panel :-

Notes :- (i) Compact modular bolted design, removable side and back panels with option of top and bottom cable entry. (ii) Capacitor installed in removable assemblies for ease of operation and maintenance. (iii) Incoming of APFC panel of MCCB TPN 250 Amps, 36 KA breaking capacity with high electrolytic grade Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating. (iv) 120 KVAR (5 KVAr - 03 No, 10 KVAr - 03 No, 25 KVAr - 01 No, 50 KVAr - 01 No) with thyrister control module and MCCB TP of 16 KA of 1.5 times of rating current of each capacitor suitable for each control (each capacitor bank equipped with discharge resister) & 7% detuned harmonics filter reactor.

(v) High performance microprocessor based 3 Phase APFC relay 8 stage with Auto / Manual option. (vi) In built 3 Phase power analyzer, Ammeter, Voltmeter and PF meter (each have 01 No) (vii) Capacitor duty thyrister control modules with high thermal current carrying capacity and early make contacts to reduce inrush current for enhancing life of capacitors. (viii) Induced air system provided with axial flow fan / centrifugal fan. (ix) Bottom cable entry system available with front glass for viewing controller and analyzer from front.

Labour only for dismantling the serviceable MCCB / ACB from any existing panel to re-fixed the serviceable MCCB / ACB with all accessories in serviceable panel whose MCCB / ACB damaged / burnt complete all as specified and directed..
