Demolishing brick work manually /by meachanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per didrection of Engineer-in- charge:

Chipping/ Roughing of Cement flooring and roofs/skirting/plaster etc laid in cement mortar, without damaging the existing RCC roof including stacking material and disposal of material inside along the Compound wall as per instructions by Engineer-In-Charge from sl.No.1

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work including mixing of conplast X421C integral based water proofing compound or equivalent as per manufacturer specifications.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed SBR Polymer (of approved make) modified Cement slurry made with Shrinkage Compensating Cement in concrete/RCC work recommended by the manufacturer of fosroc render roc plag /or equalient into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including, arranging required nozzigle points for pumping and cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in?Charge

Providing and applying two or more coats of Tapcrete with (1:2) ratio with gry cement and including laying of fibre mesh and applying of tapcrete sides of parapet wall up 300mm to complete the as per Instructions of Engineer-in-charage

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 40mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres or more area with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 3 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and mixing of water proof compound of Conplast X421 IC including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within Out side the NGRI or at dumping place near at site as suggested by Engineer-In-Charge.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Aggregate : 4 graded stone aggreate of 12.50mm nominal size) of 40mm thick with 12.50mm nominal size stone aggregatefor terrace. Item includes mixing of water proofing compound Conplast X421 IC of M/s. Fosroc mixed @ 150ml per bag of cement which is been mixed for concrete. The work includes proper mixing of these items correctly, compacting and finishing the same to required slopes etc under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and cutting of groove preparing and plastering the surface of the walls and to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and neat finishing with cement mortar and cement punning and slabs in all leads and lifts complete all as required and directed by Engineer-In-Charge . Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design to complete the job as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and Filling of crack seal for NITOBOND PU40 Fosroc approved or equialent into to groove the cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by required, including jula's etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer-make of LEAKSHIELD) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat and one bitumen coat , the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. Apply second coat of Hot bitumen on the top of LEAKSHIELD or equielant The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. (a) Guarantee Bond to be furnished for 10 years warranty and performance Bank Guarantee for additional 10% of value of this item to be furnished before releasing of final bill and to be extended every year till the guarantee period of 10 years. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane including Priming the surface with solvent based primer @ 200 gms/Sqm on the prepared surface. to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge (b) Provision of Pond test:- The contractor / applicator have to provide for the pond test on the terrace after the completion of sealing of joints for 48 hours. The water level will be a minimum depth of 100 mm at the junction of terrace and parapet wall i.e. the highest point on the terrace.

Finishing the waterproofing treatment with a coat of solar reflecting Bituminous Aluminum paint @ 150 gms/sqm to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking ,of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within in NGRI Campus long the compound wall leveling to complete the work as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolish of Lime concrete on the roof including brick platforms etc and cleaning and cement clearing the surface throughly and disposal of material inside along the compound wall as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and 10 years guarantee may be given from the date of completion

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). Including mix with conplast X421IC and applying intial coat of Nito bond for reinforement and inclding neat cement punning and making groove and arrange the necessary requirements to complete the job as per Instructions of Engineer-In-Charge
