creepers etc. and other garden features including watering, hoeing, making of plants basin, manuring,

trimming and cleaning of hedges/ plants beds, spraying of insecticides, fungicides, weeding, mowing and

top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and hedge clipping and removal of the garden waste as

per direction and satisfaction of the officer-in- charge (including the cost of manure and good earth) to

maintain the plants, hedge and lawns in good and healthy conditions at all the time during the

maintenance period as mentioned in scope of work and general terms and conditions.

given by client/as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

The Payment for items for which unit rate chart are not available will be done based on production of actual

GST Tax Invoice and other requisite details as per requirement of NBCC/IIM.

IIM will issue Diesel as per justified requirement summonned by agency and the agency should therby

Thereby,it will be the responsibility of the agency to maintain proper Log books and registers for detailing

Consumption of Diesel and report to IIM/NBCC on regular basis.
