Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish in low lying area ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and fair , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in skirting, over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish),complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Granite (any type) 14-16 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, windows cills, platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Granite (any type) 14-16 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) as in skirting/dado including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Factory made precast designer tiles of size 30 cm x 30cm as in porch/path with top layer glazed made with white cement and pigment base in grey cement of thickness 30mm in different colour and pattern (compressive strength not less than 250 Kgs/Sqcm) laid with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Mud phuska 50mm thick average consolidated thickness on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Precast reinforcement cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in man holes covers slabs/Shelves as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns, in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and in shelves and like including necessary form work as in repair,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel angle iron / flat iron work as in manhole cover frames including necessary cutting, bending and welding with TMT bars and conforming to Fe290. Gde-E-165 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
