M&L for 15mm thick Rendering of on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+8 etc etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removal of all scale, dirt,mud and any foreign material and removing accumulated silt etc from RCC/PVC tank and from mouth for circulating pipes of any dia etc. repairs to minor cracks stopping leaking of inlet/outlet pipe by tightening of joints and alike and making joints leak proof of capacity of tank exceeding 250 Litres and not exceeding 500 Litres all as specified including marking with white paints up to height of G+8 stories and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Marking of Date of cleaning and Due Date with stencil with white paint

S&F in repair for PVC Service Tank Cover with frame of circular thread type of heavy duty and frame will be fitted to OHT with PVC nut and Bolts upto 2000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution (4% conceneration ) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm deep. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate (4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good with cement concrete/mortar and finished the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of wall / floor with acrylic paint all as directed by EIC. etc sectional area not exc 0.10 Sqm each necessary scaffolding upto G+8 stories complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts/ rafters /pipes etc and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Attending minor complaints of plumbing and sanitary fittings including water leakage from taps, WC”s, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply in rooms/Qtrs, requiring plumber work with minor stores such as replacement of Brass spindle, M seal, Screws ,nailing , washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bolttle traps etc to make it functional and stop leaking of any type of plumbing and sanitry items as in day to day maintainence work complete all as directed.
