PART-A (FOUNDATION WORK)

Detail Survey and Profiling

Cost of excavation of 132 KV Tower foundation , pit including all earth work , back filling , levelling etc.

STUB SETTING

Setting of Stub setting NBDD+6

Setting of Stub setting NBDC+3

Installation of Steel reinforcement bars in R.C.C. foundation including cost of Steel reinforcement bars with cutting , bending , placing , binding etc.

Cost of concreting for all type of 132 KV S/C tower foundation including cost of cement , dewatering , shoring and shuttering , forming , curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 ratio.

PART-B ( ERECTION WORK)

Erection of Superstructure of 132 KV S/C on DC Tower and extension wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulator , hardware and accessories but including fitting of danger plate , number plate , phase plate and bird guard fixing and punching.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to height one section of the tower or 5 meter from the ground level whichever in higher wit three tacks of 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10 mm / 12 mm electrod and application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all materials.

Grounding work including earth work etc. for pipe type grounding including cost of coke and salt.

Laying , stringing , clamping , jointing etc. of ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators , fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting around rod, vibration damper etc. on all three phase of 132 KV S/C Line.

Laying , stringing , tensioning , clamping , jointing of 7/3.25 SWG earth wire including necessary hardware and accessories.

PART-C (DISMANTLING WORK)

Arrangement of back stay at different location wherever in required with the help of 18 mm wire rope at 3 phase separately to avoid tower collapse / bend at time of the de-stringing of conductor.

Dismantling of all 3 phase of existing ACSR Panther conductor of hardware fitting and conductor accessories e.g. armour rod , vibration damper , insulator string etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use , safely transportation of all removed materials to UPPTCL Stores.

De-stringing of earth wire , rolling of dismantled earth wire and all associated work.

Dismantling of Tower after cutting of bolt with all safety and precaution along with associated work stacking of tower parts and all associated work etc.

Transportation of dismantled materials including shifting up to loading point loading into vehicle , transportation and unloading at store of S/s Store.

Watch and ward of tower parts , conductor , insulator , hardware etc. through out the work .

Dismantling of earlier foundation.

Dismantling of earlier foundation which includes excavation , breaking of foundation up to 2 mtrs. Depth and removing of concrete , cutting , removing of stub and steel reinforcement , backfilling , leveling and making field,
