Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured designer pattern tiles 450mmx 300mmx7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirt, Dado etc set and jointed in white colour cement including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition existing water proofing treatment any type from top surface of roof slab and remove the material obtained to low lying area all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4 litres per sqm on surface to provide a layer of APP membrane by torching applications including sealing the over lap while torching with 150mm on ;length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions incl joints and change in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/ bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg per Sqm as all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. Note: - Water proofing compound will be measure and paid separately.
