Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast block work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including wall cement mortar, bedding (But not backing ) and rubbish of premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall/floor and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, inlsulation, blankets) any thickness including covered fillets and supporting members complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlng wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, grids for ceiling & wall panelling etc under 40 Sq.cm in secton complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing/expanded metal or mesh exceeding 4 kg/sqm fixed in steel, wood fillets, concrete posts etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc doating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutters drips and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) fixed with 'J' or 'L' hooks or coach screws with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of srl item No 9.00 here-in-before but fixing only except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per description of srl item No 12.00 here-in-before but fixing only except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2mm thick fibre reinforced glass transulcent corrugated sheet with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and wahsers as in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts, cutting tops to shapes as directed, incl all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161:1979, Gde St-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel plates (Plain or Chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter shunk) forming holes without any attacement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in mass concrete and filling of foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling (50 mm average thickness) under floors in foundations and for laying interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 Cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of srl item No 25.00 here-in-before but except blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary form work, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl removal of old unservicebale barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars10mm dia and over (for tie bar of chain link fencing), cut length, bent to shape required , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of Item No 33 but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Material and Labour for vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (light shade) (square/rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood clean sawn as in battens for grids of ceiling & lining fixed with nails exc 13 sqcm and n exc 25 sqcm in section complete all as specified and as directed
