Taking out of old air termination rod of any type and any size from building including dismantling and removing (except serviceable rods for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (Note: MS /PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fixing air termination single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on galvanised iron pipes with copper/ aluminium/ GI strip for earth conductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Re-fixing of old serviceable tilted air termination rod of any size and type after straightening & dressing with and including suitable nut, bolts and washers to earth strip complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pipe/ PCC work shall be measured and paid seperately).

Taking down old Copper/ GI/ Aluminium Strip of any size and any type from building/hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench including dismantling and removing (except serviceable strips for re-fixing) materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20mm x 3mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm with fixing screws for conductors/ earth lead including welding and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ equipment laid through pipe/ trench/ surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25mm x 3mm with saddles/ insulators and fixing screws for roof/ down conductors/ earth lead including brazing and nut bolts jointing at all joints for building/ hangar (roof/down conductor)/ pipe/ trench complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable (serviceable strips as obtained from taking down) Copper/ GI/ Aluminium Strip of any size and type after straightening & dressing with and including saddles/ insulators with srews for fixing and making good disturbed strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of saddle/insulator for earth strip with fixing arrangement in roof/ wall conductors of building/ hangar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of old unserviceable test point terminal block of any type and any size including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing gun metal black or phosphorgus bronz size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long neckhead screws including MS box 2mm thick of suitable size for protection of test point terminal all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing of broken/ loose connected copper strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing of broken/ loose connected aluminium strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding of broken/ loose connected GI strip of any size and type not exceeding 3.2 cm in length and not exceeding 6 mm in thickness including bringing of necessary machine at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI tubing of 20/ 40mm bore any type from trenches/ floor/ roof/ wall/ fixed to pole including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 20mm bore (Medium grade) in trenches/ floor/roof/ wall/ fixed to pole with proper size of clamp nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing 40mm bore (Light grade) in trenches/ floor/ roof/ wall/ fixed to pole with proper size of clamp, nuts and bolts for earth strip protection/ lightening conductors/ rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI water tap 15 mm with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cable or other items and getting out soil in soft/loose soil complete all as specifed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed in a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of soil complete all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI funnel with wire mesh for earting pits of existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of PCC earth pit chamber and making new PCC earth pit chamber of size as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel including excavation and earth work as required at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welded, binding, cold as hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of advance maintenance free environment friendly ring earthing system of dia 350mm and depth 11 feet. Each set consisting of 3 Nos of 10 feet length, 17.2mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness -250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip in the ground with 3 bags (minimum 60Kg per earthing pit) of environment friendly backfill compound carbon based, graphite blend and porttand cement mixed (approved by Engr-in-Charge) resistivity below 0.15 Ohm meter for high current (for electrical system) as per manufacturer instruction for each 150x 25x6mm copper bar with 4 hole exothermically welded ontop to copper bonded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 200 mm dia bore. Making 3 Nos holes of complete earthing set in which each hole should be provided with 100Kg Bentonite in outer 150mm part of the hole and inner 200mm dia fill with back fill material. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25x3mm copper strip shall be buried 20 cm below the ground used to interconnect the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropylene (250mm Top x 340mm Bottom x 250 mm Height) of 2 Kg weight shall be included in the scope of work including PCC (1:2:4) base block for fitting of pit cover including necessary earth work/ bore in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) On testing, if desired earth value of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost till result obtained. (ii) Set of 3 Nos earthing shall be measured and paid as one set of earthing. (iii) All three earthing shall be done at a minimum gap distance of 3m and shall be inter connected with & including 25x3mm copper strip and one strip to the test point of same size upto test point and cost of same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate. (iv) Contractor will produce government approved certified lab certificate of resistivity of back fill material before commencement of the earthing work. (v) Cost of exothermic welding is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

M&L for gel based earth recharger solution, effective for recharging the chemical/ conventional earthing pits, water soluble soil reactivation compound, non-corrosive, eco-friendly in earthing pits including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity. (b) Qty of gel shall be used in a manner to reduce 60-70% earthing restance and complete job for one earth pit shall be measured and paid as one job. (c) Work shall be carried out by OEM rep and cost for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate. (d) Approval for make of gel/ compound shall be given by GE after submission of necessary details like item literature, codal provision etc by contractor.

Supply and fixing in repairs of LED Aviation light luminaire having die-cast aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, driver and LEDs connected in series and parallel combination with better heat dissipation 240 Volts, IP -65 with all accessories complete all as specified. Make : BAJAJ cat part No BGAV 302 LED or equivalent in Phillips / Wipro / GE /Crompton

Supply and fixing in repairs of LED Gate/ Pillar/ Post Top light 20 watt, 230 volts AC, outdoor decorative type of size 7.2 x 7.2 x 15.2 inches with B-22 type brass holder, made out of aluminium material, IP-54 protection with & including 20W, B-22 type warm white LED bulb complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Superscape Cat Part No GL4749-L or equivalent in Crompton/ Philips/ GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs of polycarbonate globe light 12 watt, 230 volts AC, unbreakable with B-22 type holder, IP-65 protection with & including 12W, B-22 type warm white LED bulb complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Philips Cat Part No 582053 Globe Light or equivalent in Crompton/ GE.

Material and labour for isolation of electric power supply from the existing system, disconnecting of electric siren 3 phase, 415/ 440 volts, 50 Hz, upto 3KM range from roof top by unscrewing nut and bolts and staking at site for refixing after requisite repair of siren, dismantling of motor set, transporting to local civil workshop, opening the motor, cutting of all burned winding, cleaning of all parts and rewinding with new super insulated copper winding wire of suitable /existing gauge including all insulating materials such as PVC copper cable lead, glass fiber sleeves, cotton tape, insulation paper and applying insulating varnish and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temperature, greasing, re-assembling, bringing back to its original site/ position complete including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for recharging of earthing pits by filling of magnesium sulphate, 100% water soluble fertilizer type in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/ poured in earth pit after mixing in water in appropriate quantity. (ii) Recharging shall be carry out at site on requirement basis as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.
