Picking of Old matelled / B T surface up to 10 cm thick and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.4 as directed by the departmental officers

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in subbase/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.4

Bituminous Concrete (BC) ProvidingBC 25 mm Thick (GradeII)Using VG30 Bitumen Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and fixing of retro -reflectorised Cautionary,mandatory and information sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting,1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmX75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmX600mm,600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 - 600mm Equilateral triangle or Size as per IRC :67-2001

ROAD MARKING WITH HOT APPLIED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOUND WITH REFLECTORISING GLASS BEADS ON BITUMINOUS SURFACE Providing and Laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35. The Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH specification No :803

Construction of Pipe culvert at ch 2430 m Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.Clause 305.1
