Note :- (a) The financial proposal shall be unconditional which shall be valid for entire period. (b) All financial proposals for each proposed unit of work must be submitted separately. The lowest quoted rate for each proposed item of work will be considered, and the agency willing to accept the lowest rate will be eligible for empanelment. (c) Additionally, if any miscellaneous work related to the proposed tasks arises, the item rates will be circulated, and bids will be invited exclusively from the empanelled agencies.
