Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank, OH tank, raft slab, wall etc. by throughly cleaning with wire brush etc. as followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust , oil , grease etc. and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.

Extra over item No. 1 for removing and chipping of brick bat corba, tar felt or any other existing protective layer cover roof slab etc.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement with coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately) (B) In superstructure from plinth level up to 1st floor level (ii) Column, pillars, post, sturts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support, balcony, lintel, sill band, beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staircase (except spiral staircase and landing) including prepering the top surface and finishing of nosing. N) Without using admixture, plasticiser. (a) M15 grade concrete or Prop. 1:2:4

Extra over item No. 3, above for each subsequent floor or part thereof above the 1st floor level

Extra for providing and mixing integral waterproofing compounds like Master Proof IWP-1 of Chokesey Chemicals / Dr. Sealkit No. (Asaian Chemicals) / RHEOMAC 707 of BASF 2 0.2% by weight of cement for waterproofing structure like roof slabs, basement, sunken slabs, chajjas, tunnels, water tank etc. as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels. (i) In 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand: 4 aggregate) or M-15 Grade.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (A) on rough side (b) In cement mortar 1:3

Extra over item No. 6 for interior plastering above 1st floor levels for every additional floor or part thereof including curing complete as directed. (a) On Single coat plaster

Extra over item No. 6 for exterior plastering over wall upto a height of 1st floor levels above ground level including curing complete as directed. (b) on Two coat plaster.

CEMENT PAINT AND PRIMER: (c) Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface ( one coats) to give an even shade after rhroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose or softened paint.

Supplying and making of scaffolding by jati bamboo for plastering work, painting and for other purpose.
