Special earthing by way of boaring & lowering of GI 50 mm dia 60 feet long from ground upto water level and if will be connected to the MS Strip 50x6 mm including providing, laying of MS strip with cutting bending etc for 220 kv CT's ,PT's & also LA's etc of different bays at 220 kv sub station,Hardoi. The earth strip will be welded to the GI pipe .the work also includes cap & clamps for pouring water. All the materials, labour and T&P shall be supplied by the firm.
Routine servicing & overhauling of isolators installed in various 220 kv bays at 220 kv sub station hardoi. The works includes opening of isolators mechanism and jaw /blade, its through cleaning, oiling & greasing by applying best quality grease/ petrolium jelly thenfitting of jaw /blade and operating mechanism adjustment with auxillary switch contact alongwith proper close / open condition of isolator arm (male-female contacts), check its operating and also repairing / replacement of damaged clamps /Jaw / blade / Arm rotating head (if necessary) including all cost of men and miscellaneous consumables etc. for satisfactory completion of the work as per details given below.(spare parts/hardwares shall be provided by the department free of cost (i) 220 kv Isolators
Erection of junction box of 220 kv bus PT along with grounding, earthing using 50x6 mm MS flat and complete termination of cable using suitable size of cable glands at both ends.
