Replacement of old ineffecient 1.5 TR Window AC/Split AC by new 1.5TR inverter type split air conditioner (green) against buy back having features as per detailed specification enclosed. Item includes all type of accessories, pipings (refrigerant pipe, drain pipe)electrical cables , out door mounting frame etc. supplied by OEM for installation of ACs as per site conditions and attached technical specification .

Replacement of old ineffecient 2TR Window AC/Split AC by new 2TR inverter type split air conditioner (green) against buy back having features as per detailed specification enclosed. Item includes all type of accessories, pipings (refrigerant pipe, drain pipe) electrical cables, outdoor mounting frame etc. supplied by OEM for installation of ACs as per site conditions and attached technical specification .

Dismantling of old Window AC of 1.5TR to 2.0TR capacity and closing of open area of window after dismantling of AC with Laminated Plywood 18-20mm thick, IS 710 garjan wood (supply of plywood is in scope of contractor).

Supply and laying of suitable extra refrigerant piping (suction and discharge) with XLPE insulation wrapped with Aluminum tape and PVC Insulated sheathed cables(3 core x 2.5 sq mm cu) as per IS:694 connecting with indoor and outdoor units of inverter 1.5Ton split Air Conditioner (green), as per technical specification.

Supply and laying of suitable extra refrigerant piping (suction and discharge) with XLPE insulation wrapped with Aluminium tape and PVC Insulated sheathed cables(3 core x 2.5 sq mm cu) as per IS:694 connecting with indoor and outdoor units of 2TR inverter split Air Conditioner (green), as per technical specification.

Supply and laying of suitable extra PVC AC water drain piping to discharge water from indoor units of AC, having capacity 1.5 -2.0 Ton .

Dismantling of old split air conditioners of Capacity (1.5TR to 2.0TR) as per technical specification and standard engineering practices with safety. Shifting of the same at designated place. After removal of machine, the area of the removed machine shall be properly patched up by suitable chemical/Epoxy coating/POP with the following activites : • Safe storage of refrigerant in compressor unit. • AC electric connection shall be safely disconnected. • Dismantling of Indoor and Outdoor AC unit. • Shifting of AC unit in designated location. • Closing unwanted holes with the help of suitable white cement or chemical.

Installation of old split air conditioner (Identified by department) and commissioning of the same at identified location this is including core-cutting of (inclined) hole and fixing inclined PVC sleeve, civil and mechanical work required for installation and commissioning of the AC, works relevant with for the successful testing and commissioning of an AC is in contractor's scope.(1.5TR to 2.0TR) i.e.-testing for machine, gas top up etc. as per the technical specification

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulation with aluminium wrapping after removal of old insulation from refrigerant piping of existing old split air conditioners (1.5TR/2TR/3TR).

Providing, laying, joining, fixing and testing CPVC pipes of grade SDR-11 as per IS:15778 including CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends, CPVC MTA, FTA and all other fittings required for completion having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and also as per the code of practices of water supply in buildings of IS2065 including laying under the floors, chasinmg in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1m spacing, cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement sand etc. complete testing the pipes with clean water as per specifications .Size of pipe is 25 mm nominal size.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following compatible spares for split air conditioners as per technical specification and standard maintenance practices :

Rotary compressor for 1.5TR split air conditioner, cooling capacity min. 18500 BTU/H, minimum size of suction and discharge tube is 1/8" & 3/8"(inch) & oil type is polyster .

Rotary compressor for 2TR split air conditioner , cooling capacity min.24250 BTU/H, minimum size of suction and discharge tube is 5/8" & 3/8"(inch) & oil type is polyster.

Condenser coil for the split air conditioner (1.5TR) size minimum (hxl)(20inch x30inch) 100% Copper tubing with OD-1/4 Inch minimum (Referigerant R22, R32, R410)

Condenser coil for the split air conditioner (2TR) size minimum (hxl)(22 inch x32inch) 100% Copper tubing with OD-1/4 Inch minimum (Referigerant R22, R32, R410)

PCB with remote for the inverter type split air conditioner (1.5TR/2TR) ( Indoor + Out door PCB shall be compatible with machine)

Fan blade motor with copper winding for outdoor unit of split air conditioner capacity 1.5TR to 2TR (Compatible with existing AC out door unit )

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PCB of out door unit of cassette air conditioner (4TR).Its included activiites like-gas top up, filters cleaning overhaling of machine as per technical specification.
