Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation grass, buses, shrubs, sapling and trees grit upto 300mm , removal of stumps of tree cut earliar and disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auction , upto a lead of 1000 M including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness .

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead upto 30m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 20 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate in layers Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machenical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying of 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacing with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth work in excavation in trench for foundation in ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50 mtr. & lead upto 50.00 mtr and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed bu the E/I within a distance of 50 m.

Providing & laying in cement concerete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm.nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete M 20 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Sand Filling in foundation and Plinth i/c cost of material, loding, unloding, cartaige and all labour T&P etc.

Cement concrete for plain concrete PCC M-15 grade in open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Sperifications.

R.C.C. M25 grade in Foundation as per drawing and technical specification.

R.C.C. M30 grade in Superstructure as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and fixing Weep holes in brick masonary / plain reinforced concreet abutment wingwall/ return wall with 100 mm dia. On AC pipe as per drawing and technical specification

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing and laying boulder appron on river bed for protection aginst scour with stone boulder weight nt less than 40.00 kg each complete as per drawing and tech. specification

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all material, labour, curing and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing on brick work in 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement & 2 fine sand) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

15mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications

Providing and laying of 900 mm dia Hume pipe i/c cartage

Providing and laying of 600 mm dia Hume pipe i/c cartage

Providing and laying of 350 mm dia Hume pipe i/c cartage

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick in 100mm widh including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished Surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 0.75%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost @ 1.0%.
