REPAIR TO HARDSTANDING, PATH, FENCING TRAVERSE AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R WORKS IN TECH AREA OF ARMY AVN SQN UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, hard standing, manhole, drain etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any size and shape, factory casted, laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade and joints filled etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick sand filling for sand cushioning to interlocking tiles, under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 nominal mix type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
